The Gaming Zone

Designed for those who love to whittle away time playing a Fifa Football Match, a drive on Grand Turismo, battling on Lego Star Wars or playing tennis on the Wii.  We will have a selection of PlayStation, Xbox and Wii games consoles available for single or multi player gaming.  All games will be PEGI 12 or less (sorry), but great fun will still be had.

Nailsea Cider to launch Trendlewood’s very own Cider

Aptly named “Trendle Wood”, a brand new cider made with local apples by Phil and his team at Nailsea Cider, will be on sale in our Beer Tent.

The Cocktail Caravan

Brand new to us is a locally built and managed mobile cocktail bar.  Serving fantastic cocktails to sip whilst soaking up the festival atmosphere. Check out their video below at another event.

Pottery Classes

Ever fancied your hand at making a vase or plate.  Come and have a go with our local Trendlewood Goodland’s Tea Party team.  If you like what you have made, we can get it fired and delivered to yo after the event.  A small charge will apply.

Kids Zone

Here we put on our own activity area for under 8’s with a ball pit and bouncy castle, games, painting, making and building, just for little people.  Children will be supervised by DBS checked helpers and there is a small charge for this area for access all afternoon. There will also be timed shows with a children’s entertainer and also the RNLI Seaside Safety Puppet show.

Vintage Tea Tent

Our vintage Tea Tent is back again this year, serving delicious home made cakes and lovingly brewed tea and coffee.

Our epic BBQ will be selling the usual locally sourced burgers and sausages as well as gluten* and veggie** free options.  We will also have our brilliant Pizza team selling freshly prepared and wood oven cooked margareta pizzas.  Street Treats will also be back selling their locally made ice creams and waffles.  Toby’s Tiny Trendlewood Tuckshop will stock sweets, pop and our special candy floss machine.  Finally but by no means last, we will have our Crepes team back selling you freshly made sweet or savory Crepes.

Our very own beer tent with locally sourced beers and ciders supported by some usual favorites.  We are also joined this year by Queenie the Cocktail Caravan serving refreshing cocktails to sip as you enjoy the main stage entertainment.   Toby’s Tiny Trendlewood Tuckshop will also be selling a wide variety of soft drinks.

Massive Bouncy Castles

We hire in the biggest bouncy castle and bouncy assault course we can get our hands on, suitable for all ages and supervised.  There is a small charge for these activities.

Static Vehicle Display

This year we will have a selection of some vehicles seen previous years as well as a whole host of new vehicles we have discovered in Nailsea and district.  Last time we ranged from a Renault 5 to a Morgan Plus 8, from a 1920’s Ferguson to a 2015 Kubota vineyard tractor and from a Highways England Snow plough/salter to a Avon Fire Service High Velocity Pump unit.  What will we have this year?   We are also hoping to offer a drive out experience in some of the vehicles, so check back here to see nearer the time. (If you have a vehicle you would be happy to display, then please get in touch)

Local suppliers selling their local produce, from gluten free food to artwork and fabrics, we have what can only be described as a very local farmers market. (If you have local produce you would like to sell at our festival, then please get in touch)

Other great things:

We hope to have a 5 a side football cage (supplied by Avon and Somerset Police), Avon Fire and Rescue, the RNLI, Avon & Somerset Police with their police dogs.
